UK National Ltd Help Desk keeping you informed and in control

The key features of the Property Maintenance Help Desk:

  • In-house, operated by UK National Ltd's local, friendly staff (not an overseas call centre)
  • Staffed 8-5pm Monday to Friday
  • A named Help Desk Co-ordinator is assigned to your job, to liaise with all parties for you and keep you informed about progress
  • Out-of-hours, connects you to the on-call engineer (at no extra cost)

Out-of-hours service

UK National Ltd knows you need access to technical support 24 hours a day. That’s why if you contact the Property Maintenance Help Desk out of hours, you will be connected straight through to the on call engineer who provides one of the following:

  • Technical advice over the phone
  • Site-visit if required
  • Priority booking in of the job for the next working day
